Shipping and returns

Shipping within the Netherlands € 4.50.
Europe 1 shipping without track and trace € 6 (only for orders up to € 55).
Europe 1 shipping with track and trace € 15,-; Europe 2 with track and trace € 20,-.

Through the website, we do not ship outside of Europe. For shipping outside of Europe, please contact us.

With Europe 1 shipping without track and trace, the risk of getting lost is for the recipient.
When shipping with track and trace, the risk of getting lost is ours.

Free shipping within the Netherlands with an order of at least €100.
Free international shipping on orders of at least €150.

We strive to ship your purchase within two business days. Our office is open on Mondays and Thursdays.

Barring unusual unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, terrorist attacks, etc.), we assume responsibility for damaged items, provided you respond in a timely manner. This means that you can return damaged items within 10 days and receive new ones. The postage costs are for us.

Collection
The order can be picked up free of charge at our address in Leiden, for which we ask you to make a pickup appointment via +31 71 5173508 or by contacting us.

Exchanges and returns
Exchanges and returns can be made within 14 days provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return postage is at your own expense. Downloads cannot be exchanged or returned unless no download has taken place.

After the return has been approved, you have 14 days to return the item. Upon receipt in good condition and intact packaging, we will refund the amount due within 14 days.
