Privacy Statement

We work under Taetske-Tsuki, a small company that organizes meditation workshops and courses. We also have a webshop. In the course of providing these products and services, personal data are collected. Below you can read what information we collect in relation to our products and services and how we use, share, store and secure this information, and what rights you have.

What data is collected and for what purpose?

Courses and workshops

For our workshops and courses, we ask for your name, address, place of residence, phone number and e-mail address. This data is needed for contact, administrative processing and to enter into a participation agreement with you. In addition, we ask for age, gender, experience and psychological and/or physical complaints. We need this information to prepare for the course or workshop in question, and to determine if prior consultation is desired. For the longer workshops, we also need dietary information and an emergency contact number.

Webshop

If you order something in our webshop, we ask for your name, address and place of residence, in order to deliver the order and for making the invoice. In addition, we ask for an e-mail address and phone number, which we use for communication regarding the order.

Privacy general

We do not collect and process personal data other than that provided to us by the customer himself, knowingly.

Post
Three to six times a year we send a digital newsletter to our customers and those who have signed up for it.

Who has access to this data?

Taetske and the relevant workshop organizer are the only ones who can see your stored data.

Which third parties are involved?

What do we store and for how long?

We retain contact and participation data for our legitimate business interests, for statistical analysis, product development and marketing purposes. We also store what someone has participated in. We keep this until we stop hosting courses and workshops.

Information about health, diets and emergency contact is deleted within 3 months after an activity has ended.

With the webshop, we store order and invoice information. We keep this until the webshop ceases to exist.

Email addresses for sending the newsletter are kept until you unsubscribe from this service. You can do so via a link at the bottom of the newsletter.

When we stop working, all data is deleted with the exception of the legal deadline for invoices after which they are also deleted.
