Our office is open on Mondays and Thursdays.<\/p>\n<p>Barring unusual unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, terrorist attacks, etc.), we assume responsibility for damaged items, provided you respond in a timely manner. This means that you can return damaged items within 10 days and receive new ones. Return postage is at your own expense. Downloads cannot be exchanged or returned unless no download has taken place.<\/p>\n<p>After the return has been approved, you have 14 days to return the item.
